General Information
    Nelson bay is located at Beautiful Port Stephens, just north of Newcastle in New South Wales.

Registration
    From 2:00pm on Saturday, 9th July 2011 at the Landmark Resort, Dowling Street, Nelson Bay.

Teachers
    Robert McOwen from USA, Janet Johnson from Scotland, Deanne Corps from Queensland, Anne Gray from NSW, plus other Hunter Valley Teachers. 

Musicians
    Barbara McOwen from USA, Iain McKenzie from Queensland, Peter Elmes & his band from New Zealand.

Programme Overview
    The final details for the week’s programme are still in progress, so watch this space for further developments.

* Morning classes are compulsory.
* Optional afternoon classes will be available.
* A youth class will be provided if there are enough participants who have had some dancing experience.
* Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
* On Wednesday there will be a full day excursion to the Hunter Valley Gardens and Wineries (not included in costs).
* For those not wishing to go on the excursion there will be an optional SCD class available.

Accommodation & Meals
* All accommodation is at the Landmark Resort.
* Dancers will be accommodated in studio apartments or 1-2 bedroom self contained luxury apartments. No more than 4 persons per apartment.
* The resort has a heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and games room.
* A substantial starter pack of continental breakfast will be provided. Any extras can be purchased at nearby supermarkets.
* All other meals except Wednesday lunch will be provided at a restaurant on the premises.

Transport
    Nelson Bay can be reached by:
* Air to Williamtown (transport to Nelson Bay will be available).
* Air to Sydney (International and Domestic) then charter luxury coach to Nelson Bay - Saturday 9th July only and return 16th July, both subject to numbers, at extra cost.
* Train to Newcastle then Port Stephens Service Bus.
* Train to Sydney then Port Stephens Express Bus from Eddy Avenue exit (2pm daily).
* Own transport - maps available on request.

 Commuters
    Commuters' fees include all classes, evening functions, lunches (except on free day) and the formal dinner.

Deposit
    There is a deposit of $300 which includes a non refundable administration fee of $100.

    Applications, together with deposit wil be accepted from 11th July 2010.

Final Payment by 1st April 2011
    Applications after 1st April 2011 will incur an additional $50.00 Administration fee.

    Cancellation after 1st June may incur a further penalty. You are urged to take out insurance against this occurring.
