All accommodation is at the
Landmark
Resort
61A Dowling Street, Nelson Bay. Rooms will be available
from 2:00pm on Saturday, 9th July
2011. Dancers will be accommodated in studio
apartments or
1-2 bedroom self contained luxury apartments. No more
than 4 persons per apartment.
Each apartment
has a kitchenette, lounge room, reverse cycle air
conditioning and its own balcony. Most of the balconies look out over
stunning views of the bay. The resort has an outdoor
gas-heated lagoon style pool and spa area with an
elevated sun-deck and a Japanese style steam room. There
is also a games room, a pool table, a broadband internet
kiosk and in house DVD hire.
A substantial starter pack of continental breakfast
will be provided. Any extras can be purchased at nearby
supermarkets. All other meals except Wednesday lunch will be
provided at a restaurant on the premises.
Getting there
Nelson Bay can be reached by:
* Air to Williamtown (transport to Nelson Bay will be
available).
* Air to Sydney (International and Domestic) then
charter luxury coach to Nelson Bay - Saturday 9th July
only and return 16th July, both subject to numbers, at
extra cost.
* Train to Newcastle then Port Stephens Service Bus.
* Train to Sydney then Port Stephens Express Bus from
Eddy Avenue exit (2pm daily).
* Own transport - maps available on request.
